Fish Juice

My dad insisted that we stopped at the fish market off Halsted. He wanted some shrimp for tonight, but we failed because they were all out. I guess all the other dads had the samw idea.

He also made Steve accompany him to show him around. The thought for that was that Steve and I could stope in after work or school and buy fishies for a good nights eating. Steve and I aren't that fancy and it kind smells like camel in that area. And by camel I mean vag.

James, the porn star

James is a new PA and has become a part of the band. He has taken over for Sean and Tristan. He has aspirations to one day become a pornstar in Hardcore porn which to seems to be a bunch of tattoo dudes drinking beer and going at it with chicks who dig those kinds of dudes.

I'm sure wiping ass and hanging out with me will only add to Jame's qualifications as a cockstar. He is quite pleasant to look at which helps with my well being, porn star or not.

No, he is a really good kid with good intentions and a good heart. I call him a kid because he works for me and they are all kids. He's a pleasure to be around and always has some interesting comments and stories to tell.

Merckx the Jerk

For some reason, every cat I have own has always loved to chill in my wheelchair. It always has to be at a very bad time, like when my PAs are trying to move me from my bed to my chair or from the toilet to the chair. He's always gotta be there. He's an attention whore I guess.

Merckx is a good cat guy. He had tape worms for most of his kittenhood. They kept him small and shrimpy. Eventually we were able to treat him and within a few weeks he grew. Merckx has also always been a pervert. I would wake up in the middle of the night to him sucking on my nipples. Weird but kind of cute. I felt bad pulling him off, but it did gross me out. The little guy just wanted some milk.

Mutant in the Morning

A white cuddly furry animal seems to make everyday just that much better. We love Newt in the morning. He seems to make the winter, warmer.

We're still treating him for a yeast infection in his ears. It's pretty gross. The dog isn't, but the meds are. Steve thinks they smell like stale lasagna. I'm not too sure about that analysis yet. Hopefully this won't be a consistent problem, but Shih Tzus are prone to that crap.

When I'm feeling like poo, we get medical. Steve takes the pressure and I take the temp. See mom, we do take care of me.

Stevie Lee (Stay at Home Dad)

Stevie Lee just moved in to the Gold Coast pad. No we're not dating. He has his bed, I have mine and then sometimes we spoon, but that's because we love each other.

Steve is what I call would consider a nomad. He loves to travel and meet new people. His last trip was to Peru where he stayed and taught English for 3 months. Steve is a natural caregiver and does not know how to say "no".

I enjoy Steve as a roommate because he can entertain himself, but we also spend a lot of time together eating, recreating, getting awesome, watching instant netflix, completely our studies, dancing around the apartment, traveling, pooping, urinating, and farting, dog walking, smelling like onions, holding down facilities at UIC, reading and listening to audiobooks.

Steve gave Newt the Mutant a long awaited bath. Newt has had a yeast infection in both ears that Steve has been treating, and has the lil guy has been greasified by the medication. The snow and mud doesn't seem to help his Cali Coke White coat.

Alex the Cook

I've been sick lately and realize that I need a professional cook. Well I don't need one, but I want one and I get what I want. Oh, the glories of Independent Living. I hired this character: Alex Versloot. Today he is here running errands to fill the house with food, prepare meals, and be my bitch, basically.

He was quite hungry when he showed up, but as a x-vegetarian, he can't tear through meat like he use too.

Alex is a full-time culinary student at Kendall College in Chicago. He specializes in getting me fat.
